Hello Dearest Family and Friends!
Rather abruptly and quite spectacularly our grandson, Theron Jay Roberts, demonstrated his mighty strength and flair for the dramatic and (in cohorts with his mother) became the most awesome October surprise ever!
He weighs 6 pounds 11 ounces and is spending a short night in the NICU here at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa! Not so surprisingly he has a head of curly black hair, his father's handsome face and our daughter's radiant being!

I just talked to Pops and he sounds wonderful. You were with Mom and Dad in the nursery!! I am visualizing you in this whole experience and I know you cannot stop crying and smiling. Enjoy! Enjoy! and post soon on the details. I know this blog will be hot on the press now that the babe is here! Congratulations!
